All ceramic pieces are handmade by me, Annie Sarai, out of my backyard studio in Portland, Oregon. I lovingly wheel throw each piece, carve and shape, and glaze it by hand. As such, you should expect slight variances in color, texture, and size in your pottery. Please study photos as a part of the description of the item.

Local pickup is available in SE Portland. If you wish to pick up your item in person instead of having it shipped, please enter the code "pdxlocal" at checkout for free shipping and you will be emailed with dates and times the item can be picked up. 

Items will be shipped using USPS, currently shipping to the United States only. I do my best to package items tightly and safely, but sometimes accidents happen. If your piece arrives broken, please take a photo and contact me. 

Periodically, items will be sold as "seconds" or "one-offs" at a discounted price. These items will still be safe to use in their intended purpose, but will have more glaze flaws or small defects. Each item's listing will include a description and photographs clearly showing the flaws.
